Purchases made are final, buyers are expected to do a full review of the product prior to placing order.
DWCollectables certifies that all products sold are genuine.
All products ship from the UK unless specifically mentioned
3-5 days is the average processing time for all orders unless business holiday hours are in effect.
Shipments will all be made via trusted couriers operating within the UK.
Refunds will not be provided in the event of the customer changing their mind, however in the event of loss or damage acknowledged by the courier, refund will be provided once the claim has been settled with the courier.

Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are only permitted under the following circumstances:

Order has not yet been dispatched to the customer
Loss or damage, directly as a result of the courier/logistics process.

Refunds will not be permitted based on the following:

Changing of mind after products received
Damage to the card after being in the possession of the customer

DWCollectables requests the customer to do a full review of all items prior to purchase. In the trading card hobby, card condition is key and customers acknowledge once ordering that they have placed an order to receive a card in the condition shown on the website.
